1. Exchanges and returns

If you want to exchange the product you ordered, please contact us using the contact form. As this is a face mask, for hygienic reasons we cannot change the product unless it is in an unopened and sealed package. Let us know immediately using the contact form that you want to change the product. You will receive confirmation of the exchange and shipping instructions from Mary.

You also have the right to return the product you ordered within 14 days of receiving the shipment. The cost of the return is paid by the customer. Let us know immediately using the contact form that you would like to return the product. Mary acknowledges receipt of the message and gives you return instructions. Notice of order cancellation must reach us within 14 days of receipt of the shipment and the returned product must be returned as soon as you have notified us of the cancellation - no later than 14 days after receipt of the order.

Mary’s moneypennies will refund the money to you within 14 days from receiving the product being returned to us in a faultless condition and, in the case of hygiene products (e.g. face masks), in a sealed package. The money will be refunded using the same payment method you used for the original order. The money will only be refunded if the package has not been opened and is otherwise faultless.

If your order cannot be delivered by post to your home, it will be delivered to the Post office or box. If for one reason or another you do not pick up your package on time, or the address you provided to us with your order is incorrect / unclear, and the package is returned to us, we will refund your order when the return is received. In this context, we reduce our freight and handling costs. Unredeemed packages have no right of cancellation.

Failure to redeem the shipment is not a return of the product in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, but it is a breach of contract on the part of the buyer. In such a case, the online store has the right to demand compensation from the buyer for the costs incurred. (Chapter 5 Sections 25 & 28 of the Consumer Protection Act)

2. Ordering and delivery

Our delivery time in Finland is 4-5 working days. International deliveries may take longer but we strive for sending your package / envelope within 2 business days. As a customer, you are aware that the stated delivery date may change. Mask Mary is not responsible for any delays that may occur due to the logistics partner. When sent domestically, the postage is € 3.90. When sent abroad, the postage is € 5.90. Orders over 80 € without postage.
