The following terms of sales apply to product orders placed through the websites owned by Mask Mary Oy: www.maskmary.fi or www.maskmary.eu. Once Mask Mary has confirmed the order, a binding agreement is created between you as a customer and Mask Mary Oy, Business ID: 3150751-7 (Hannusranta 17, 02260 between Espoo. Once Mask Mary receives your order, it will be confirmed by an automatic email with information about your order. Always check that all the information in the order confirmation is correct. Mask Mary recommends that you save that order confirmation in case you need to contact Mask Mary Customer Service.

By using the Site, you agree to Mask Mary's Terms of Use.

1. Age

Mask Mary only sells to people over the age of 18. If you are a minor, the guardian can make a purchase for you.

2. Purchase

Mask Mary reserves the right to have sold-out products and stock balance errors. If any of the products you ordered are not in stock, the product will be automatically removed from your order. Mask Mary reserves the right to any typographical errors on the Site. In case of a significant typographical error/errors, Mask Mary may cancel the order. This also applies to orders for which the customer has already received an order confirmation.

Mask Mary cannot guarantee that the colors described correspond exactly to the actual colors of the products, as they may vary depending on the lighting and color reproduction of different screens. Mask Mary complies with the rules and regulations for the distance selling. Face masks and other products are covered by the 14-day right of return guaranteed by consumer protection from the moment you receive the product, if the face mask or other product is in its original paper packaging and still sealed.

3. Price

The prices stated on the Website are valid at the time of ordering. All prices are in Euros and include VAT. Prices do not include payment and delivery costs, which are stated separately. Shipping costs are stated on the Site.

4. Discount sales and offers

When a discounted price, discount sale or offer is announced on the Site, those prices are valid as long as there is enough goods in stock. Any discount is valid for one purchase and cannot be used for returns, exchanges, complaints or future orders.

5. Customer Information

When you place an order on the Site, you will be asked to provide certain personal information. In this case, you confirm that the information you have provided is correct and provided in its entirety. You are responsible for any incorrect information provided. You will find information about the processing of Mask Mary's personal information in our privacy policy.

6. Payment of the order

In cooperation with Klarna, we offer the possibility to make a payment by invoice, installment, card and direct debit. This payment method is called Klarna Checkout. Read more about Klarna from here.

By providing your information at checkout, you agree to Klarna's terms and conditions. By clicking "Buy", you agree to Mask Mary's terms of sale. All payment messages and information will be sent to you directly from Klarna.

7. Delivery

Mask Mary is responsible for the delivery of the products sent to you. Your parcel will be sent in co-operation with Posti and in accordance with the rules of this posting method in question. The customer is responsible for ensuring that any address information provided in connection with the order is correct.

Mask Mary strives to deliver the ordered product as quickly as possible. All products displayed on the Site are usually in stock for immediate delivery. Estimated delivery times will be announced on the Site. Normally, your product will be delivered within 4-5 business days. As a customer, you are aware that the stated delivery date may change. Mask Mary is not responsible for delays caused by the logistics partner.

Upon receipt of your order, you must check the goods and that the quantity corresponds to your order. If something does not match your order, you must notify Mask Mary immediately.

Orders will be delivered primarily by letter mail to your home whenever possible. If your order needs to be delivered to Posti or Posti's box office service, you will be notified by e-mail and / or text message when the package is available. If you do not collect the package, Mask Mary reserves the right to charge you a fee that covers the cost of returning the package, the delivery fee, and the actual processing costs.

If the shipment is damaged during delivery, we recommend reporting it immediately at the pick-up point or via Mask Mary's contact form.

8. Cancellation and modification of the order

Mask Mary packs and ships orders as soon as they are received, so it is not possible to change the order. If you wish to cancel your order, Mask Mary recommends contacting customer service immediately via the contact form

If you wish to cancel your order after Mask Mary has begun processing it, you may exercise your right of cancellation in accordance with these Terms of Purchase. Then you pay the actual processing costs incurred.

9. Return and exchange

Mask Mary hopes that as a customer you will always be satisfied with your order. However, if for any reason you regret the purchase, you have a 14-day right of cancellation under current consumer protection law. This means that you, as a customer, have the right to cancel your purchase by notifying Mask Mary within 14 days from the date you or any person authorised by you received the ordered product. This also applies to discounted products as well as products for which a price reduction has been granted. For hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products with a broken paper bag or seal. The right of cancellation therefore ends when the customer breaks the seal or paper bag. 

If you wish to exercise your right of cancellation before the end of the cancellation period, please clearly inform Mask Mary about the cancellation using the contact form. As a customer, you must provide your name, address, and other relevant information in the message, such as order number, invoice number, and product name. Mask Mary's customer service will return to you with instructions on how to return your order.

When you use your right of cancellation, you will pay a return postage, and you will be responsible for the condition of the product upon receipt and during the return until Mask Mary has received the product again. If you send the products back, Mask Mary therefore recommends that you send them in a well-packaged, good condition and original package for the reason mentioned above. The goods must be shipped or returned within a week of the date the Mask Mary is notified of the exercise of the right of cancellation.

If you return your purchase, Mask Mary will refund you the price you paid for the product, including shipping costs. If a part of the order is returned, delivery costs will not be refunded. Mask Mary will refund the amount immediately, however, no later than 14 days from the date Mask Mary receives the returned product.

10. Complaints

Mask Mary assures that each product has been carefully examined before it is shipped to the customer. If the product is nevertheless damaged or defective, Mask Mary will reimburse the customer for the product and delivery costs. Mask Mary aims to act within 14 days of receiving the complaint. Mask Mary reserves the right not to agree to an invalid complaint if it turns out that the product is not defective under applicable consumer protection law. If the customer wants a new product to be replaced, he must place a new order.

Please contact Mask Mary via the contact form as soon as you notice an error. To claim an error, you must notify Mask Mary within a reasonable time, when you discovered the error, or when you should have discovered it.

Mask Mary does not redeem returned products against cash on delivery. Please pack the item carefully, as you as the customer are responsible for delivering it to Mask Mary. The return must be made as instructed by Mask Mary's customer service.

In the event of any dispute, Mask Mary will follow the recommendations of the Consumer Disputes Board. As a customer, you have the right, if necessary, to submit a dispute concerning the contractual relationship between Mask Mary and you to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board or the General Court of Mask Mary's hometown Espoo. Further instructions for making a complaint are available in Finnish at www.kuluttajariita.fi. These Terms of Sales are governed by Finnish law and disputes arising therefrom will be settled in the Helsinki District Court. However, this is without prejudice to your ability to bring an action under these Terms of Sales in the competent district court of your domicile or habitual residence. These Terms of Purchase also do not limit your rights under mandatory law.

If there is no product with which Mask Mary can replace the original product complained of, Mask Mary will refund you the price and shipping costs you paid for the product as a customer. Mask Mary will pay the amount as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after Mask Mary has received the complaint and / or the product that is the subject of the complaint. More detailed information on the refund to be made in connection with the complaint can be found on the Website.

In the complaint, Mask Mary is responsible for the return postage. If the refund applies to part of the order, postage and any invoicing costs will not be refunded.

11. Security and Personal Information

Mask Mary takes your privacy and the protection of your personal information seriously. It is important to us that our customers can shop on our site with confidence. Thanks to the Klarna Checkout function, you can do business securely, regardless of whether you pay for your purchases by card, invoice, installment or online banking.

By accepting these terms, you agree as our customer that Mask Mary will process your personal information.

12. Changes and Liability

Fabric face masks are not designed to prevent, treat, diagnose, or cure any disease or condition, including the coronavirus. They are not sterile or medical devices and are not intended for medical procedures or situations.

Masks are not intended for children under 3 years of age. The breathing capacity of a child of this age decreases rapidly and should not be subjected to extra strain. An adult should monitor the use of the mask by children under 13 years of age.

The face mask should not be worn on the unconscious, helpless, or people who cannot remove the mask on their own.

Mask Mary assumes no responsibility for reseller comments or claims.

Mask Mary may change the current Terms of Sales, prices or product range on the Site at any time. The version of the Terms of Sale that you have accepted at the time of ordering applies to your purchase.
