Klarna Checkout

In cooperation with Klarna, we offer installment, card and direct payment as payment methods. This payment solution is called Klarna Checkout.

Klarna Checkout will show you certain information as soon as you are identified. The information you provide for identification will vary depending on the time of purchase and the customer. Credit checks are never made directly at Klarna Checkout, but as needed, depending on the payment method you choose. Credit checks made by Klarna do not affect your creditworthiness and cannot be seen by others who ask you for a credit check, such as banks.

Once you have been identified, Klarna Checkout will show you what options are available to you. The pre-selected payment method is invoice, but of course you are free to choose another method, such as direct debit through a bank or card payment. The options available to you may vary from time to time. You can choose whether you want to protect the use of Klarna Checkout with a PIN code.

All information and messages related to payments come to you directly from Klarna.

Pay by card

It is important to us that you feel safe when shopping in our online store. Klarna Checkout ensures that you can safely decide on your purchase regardless of whether you pay by credit card, online bank, installment or invoice.

Pay by invoice

We also offer the possibility to pay by invoice through our partner Klarna. Klarna will send you a link to the invoice in a separate email. Paying with a Klarna invoice is safe and easy. You do not have to provide your payment card information, you only pay after the products have been delivered to you.

The invoice must be paid within 14 days from the date of the invoice. If no payment is made, a surcharge of EUR 5 and interest on arrears will be charged according to the Finnish Interest Act. At the time of payment, a credit check will be performed, in which case credit information may be retrieved. You will then receive a copy of your credit information in the mail. Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable law.

When the payment method is an invoice, Klarna will perform a standard credit check with the order. If Klarna does not accept your credit application, you will not receive credit and our online store will prompt you to select another payment method. Klarna uses personal information to perform customer analysis, identify a person, perform a credit check and market. In communication with Klarna, the personal identification number is used as the customer number.
